Hi, My Strong Friends.
We are almost to the end of 2023. I hope that this year has brought you all sorts of wonderfulness.
Next week, we're going to talk about having closure, like looking back at the whole year of all the things that worked and didn't work. A lot of stuff worked this year, and we want to celebrate that before we go on into 2024.
But this week, we're going to talk all about manifestation.
So remember, December, we're talking about all of the mindset shifts that you need to have, so that your business and your life can actually work the way you want.
We're going to talk about manifestation. If you are a follower of Abraham Hicks, you know about the law of attraction. I absolutely love the law of attraction.
Last week, we talked about Universal Alignment, and that's also part of law of attraction. When you stay open to what the universe is bringing. That also means that you're attracting in, that you're believing that there is something there and happening for you. That's part of manifestation.
Manifestation is believing in something that you really want to the point where it becomes, Of Course energy. That's what I'm calling it. It’s that you believe it so strongly that it's like, Of course it's going to happen.
Then if you believe in something that much, you got to get ready for it. Because when you get ready for it, of course it's going to happen. And that's really the key for manifestation. It's not there just for you to wish and wish and wish and wish and wish. Because really, when you're doing it that way, you're actually also mingling the message in believing that it's not going to happen.
When you get to the manifestation where you're like, Of course, this is going to happen. I'm going to get ready for it. That energy is clear and pure.
With Abraham Hicks, they talk a lot about the vibrations that you're sending off into the universe, and that those vibrations are what bring everything to you. Now, I don't totally understand how all of it works. I don't need to understand how all of it works. My degree when I went to college was in biology, not in physics.
All of the energy and particulates and all of that stuff, that's a physics thing. There might even be something even further than physics. Now I took a physics class and it was great and fun. I love the math part of it, but they didn't talk anything about manifestation.
It wasn't until I was in my mid-thirties when I started to hear about it. And I learned about the movie called The Secret. And honestly, I learned this from my mom, and so I was very doubtful. I was like, Yeah, yeah, whatever, you just wish for something and it happens. But I was like, Okay, I'm gonna humor her. And I'm gonna watch the movie The Secret.
So I watched the movie The Secret, and I learned about manifestation. They had all of these really great examples. One of the things that they brought up is that you might actually be blocking the thing that you want.
The example that came to me, and I can't remember if they said it in the movie, or if I just thought it at the time. I was a single mom at the time, and I didn't want to be single. When they mentioned that you could be blocking the universe from delivering what you're actually looking for.
All of a sudden, I visualized my driveway. It was really easy. I could just walk outside and look at it, but I have a very visual mind so I could also picture it. My car was parked in the middle of the driveway.
How could I expect to have a special someone in my life if they had no place to park?
I blocked them from being able to park in the driveway. As much as I could be there thinking Oh, I wish I wish, I wish I wish, I was blocking it. Because I was also thinking, I wish, I wish I wish, which is mingling it with, And I don't think it'll happen.
So, Oh! A big aha moment. I'm blocking the thing that I'm asking for.
So I thought, well, this is worth an experiment.
What if I park on one side of the driveway, and I leave space for someone else to park in the driveway with me?
Then it was like, Okay, I believe that I will have a special someone in my life. So of course, I need to get ready for them. I need to create some space for them.
So I did. I parked on one side of the driveway. And you know what? Two weeks later, there was a car parked next to me.
Whoa, yes. That started space for the special someone to show up.
This also helped me as I was thinking, I really want to have a life with a special someone. And that life would mean that everybody lives in one house together, including all of the kids. Well, that means that I need to have enough space in my house and have bedrooms and all of that.
So when I bought my house, I made sure that I had one that had a lot of bedrooms. The house that I bought actually had a den that didn't have doors to it, but had a closet. Eventually I converted that into a bedroom. So then I had plenty.
My ‘now’ husband and his two daughters. When the time was right for all of us to move in together, of course, I was ready. I had space to receive what I wanted.
It was Of Course energy.
Of course they were going to be moving in with me.
Did I know that one hundred percent, like years and years earlier?
No, but I got ready for it. Because I believed that my husband was my soulmate. I needed to get ready for it.
Okay, so then, when it was time for me to move out to the coast, I was also wanting to have a business and be able to see people in person. Did I have any evidence that any of that was going to happen? Now, I had never started a business and had in-person clients before. I had worked in a corporation where I had in person clients, bt I didn't have that as my own business.
But if I didn't get ready for it, I'd be blocking it from happening. So I actually first started looking at a house that had a separate building that was perfect for office space. Now I did eventually decide that wasn't the right house for us, but that was part of getting ready.
I also want to have retreats, large retreats, several of them throughout the year. When I was out here looking at the coast, I had to look for retreat spaces. And get into that, Of Course energy.
Of course, this is going to happen.
Of course, I'm going to have these outrageously popular retreats that are going to create lots of transformation, lots of healing, lots of financial self-sufficiency.
I have to get ready for it.
When I moved to an area that didn't have any of that space available, well, that would block it right. I had to look for space, but not just the space. I need to also look for lodging.
Would people have places to stay?
Would they have places to eat?
How would they have transportation?
What kind of airport would they go to?
How would they get from the airport out here?
All of it.
I actually have three different retreat spaces, where I've already planned out all of the details. I've already started to look at menus for pricing and everything. Because I'm in, Of Course energy.
This is how you manifest things into becoming. It's not just I wish, I wish, I wish, I wish. And it's definitely, Oh, I want that, and it's never going to happen.
As Dr. Wayne Dyer said, When you believe it, you'll see it. And he has a whole book that's called that. When You Believe It, You'll See It.
Well, would you even see a menu if you weren't believing that you're going to have a retreat? No.
Would you see people that are interested in a retreat if you didn't believe that you were going to be offering amazing popular retreats? Of course not.
You might not even know the retreat center because you're not believing it in your business.
What are the things that you have gotten ready for?
Or are you still in that thought of, Oh, I really want this to happen, but I don't really believe that's going to happen.
How are you blocking things from happening?
Just as a quick little exercise here. I want you to close your eyes. I want you to think about what it is that you really, really do want in your business. You can dream big. Right?
Manifestation does not mean this has to happen and become reality in a month, you can have long term goals and visions. If you close your eyes, and you imagine the most amazing outcome for you and your business in your life, what are all of those things that you're seeing around you?
We're just going to talk about physical space and the activities right now.
What's happening?
If you could name off at least the activities, what are those different activities?
How many of them are there?
What spaces do you need for those activities to actually happen?
What things do you need within those spaces?
Do you need a certain amount of techie stuff, computers, lighting, projectors? Any of that kind of stuff? Do you need food?
Do you need chairs? What kinds of chairs? Do you need something cushy? Couches, maybe.
Imagine all of that, like actually see all of it as if it's happening? What is everything that you see?
Then as you imagine that,think, Okay, what would I need to get ready now in order for that to happen?
Then once you have an idea of that, all of those different things, open your eyes, and write it down.
Because these are the things that you need to start planning so that you can make space for everything to actually manifest. It's one thing to envision it, it's another thing to make it happen.
Now, let's talk about schedules. There are so many of my clients that want to have clients, and hey find themselves getting blocked, but they don't know why. That's why I also work with people for their schedules. If you haven't made space in your schedule for them, you're blocking the possibility of actually having clients.
Now, this could be one-on-one clients. It could be the customer service that's required if you're selling an off-the-shelf type of a product or service. If you have a group program, have you made space in your calendar to actually accommodate that group program and all of the customer service that goes along with it?
When I first started, part of what I did, and I, I didn't exactly use the spreadsheet yet, or even Google calendar yet. I took index cards, little yellow index cards, and I cut them up in different size blocks, and I created a weekly schedule.
It was a lot easier to move around pieces of cards than it was to worry about any of the computery stuff. I didn't want to, you know, copy and paste and do all this stuff. So first, I just started with cards.
Where would I make space in my schedule for all of these clients? How many clients could I take on at one time?
Sometimes you'll hear business coaches out there that are just looking at the math numbers. But I wanted to actually feel what it would feel like to have that schedule. But as I'm moving these blocks around, I'm also thinking, Am I going to be tired? Am I going to be exhausted? If the answer was yes, then I needed to create more space for my own well-being too.
Once I was doing that, and I could envision it. I'm also thinking about my family and about dogs that need to go outside to go to the bathroom. I'm getting ready to receive all of those clients. I'm moving everything around until it all makes sense, energetically. Then it's like, Oh, of course, this is exactly where everybody could fit in.
Part of that becomes clarity and certainty. Have you ever had someone come to you and they want to work with you, and you're like, Oh, this is so exciting. I've got someone that wants to work with me. You have no idea of what day or time you have available to them.
When people come to me, I can say, Yeah, I have Tuesday at twelve o'clock available, or I have Thursday at three pm available. I know exactly what times because I've already designed it ahead of time. I believe that I'm going to have all of these clients and I got ready for it in my schedule, so this is what works. This is the schedule that works for me.
I also know what time zones it will work for. For example, when we're an online business owner, we can work with people from all over the world. We may want to work with people in Australia. Okay, sounds great. What is the timing for people in Australia versus people in your timezone?
I'm in the Pacific Time Zone. I found that I could work with people in Australia, anytime between three and six pm my time, because that ends up being nine am to twelve pm their time on the following day. That way, no one's up in the middle of the night or super, super early in the morning. I found that synergy, that alignment even, on when it works for everybody. When I meet someone from Australia, I know if I have space for them or not.
I also know that if I'm meeting people from other time zones, and I have people from Australia that are interested, I'm going to try to fit the other people into the earlier time slots. I leave space for my Australian friends.
When was the last time that you took a look at your schedule to see, Have I made space to receive all of this that I want?
It's not just your face-to-face time? Remember, there’s customer service that goes into it also. Or if you're doing, say a Facebook group or Voxer support or Marco Polo support, shat times are you going to make available to do that you have to get ready for it?
Now some people go, Well, but I don't want to block off my calendar now because I don't actually have those clients yet. That's okay. You can do other activities during those times in the meantime, knowing that once the client is there, you have this time slot available. Even though right now you're doing something else in it, you know that that task that you're doing at that time can get moved to somewhere else because that's a dedicated spot for your clients.
Sit down, look at your calendar, your week to week. Have you made space to actually receive them? This is getting into that, Of Course energy.
Of course, I'm going to have all of these clients, because I got ready for them. I wanted them, so I made room for them. I can't wait to greet them and have them, ‘come on home’. However you want to think about that. Come on home.
Something else to consider is looking at a full year at a time. There's going to be other activities that you're going to do, other opportunities that are going to pop up. Make sure you're making some space for those two.
I know that sometimes we don't find out about things until maybe a week or two before they happen But there's going to be a bunch of things that you know way ahead of time. Especially if you're someone that likes to do live launching of your different programs. Live launching takes a little bit more of your hands on time.
Make sure that you have made room in your calendar to do that. Nothing's worse than going Oh yeah, I'm going to live launch. All you're thinking about is when your offer is available, but then when it comes time to do all of the live launch, you're like Oh my gosh, I don't have any space available.
If you want to have a successful live lunch, you gotta get ready for it. And then of course, you're gonna have success because you made space for it.
Now let's talk about getting ready to actually receive those clients. Not only have you made space in your calendar, you may have also made physical space. Now you’re preparing for them. All of those details.
These could be client files that you need to get set up. It could be onboarding emails, because Of Course, you're going to have clients, so you got to get ready for them. I've seen people scramble at the last minute. They get a client, and they didn't even expect that they were going to get one. And it's, Oh, no. I need to have this in place and that in place.
They're scrambling, and they're stressing out. And sometimes they find that their client falls through. Well, yeah, because they never believed they were actually going to have that client. It causes them to kind of sabotage that onboarding experience.
Get into that, Of Course, energy.
Of course, I'm going to have clients. So of course, I need to get all of their files ready.
Of course, I need to have space in my calendar for them.
Of course, I need to have that physical space, or if you're meeting with them online, that you have that Zoom space available.
I know some people, they get worried. They're like, Oh, I don't want to spend any money on things because what if it doesn't work out? Guess what? You're putting out that energy into the universe that it's not going to work out. You're putting blocks in place by not having these things available.
For example, Zoom is a great platform for meeting with clients online. But Zoom has a free program where you can do forty-five minute long calls with people. That seems really appealing. Right? Free. That keeps your overhead down, especially if your business doesn't work.
Most people don't want to spend money until they're actually making money. But what they're doing is blocking being ready and available for their clients because most people have longer than a forty-five minute long session with someone.
The other thing is the recording. Depending on how your program is set up, you may or may not want a recording. Well, I believe with Zoom, you need to have a paid plan in order to be able to have those recordings. And, if you have a recording, how are you going to share that with them?
If it's one-on-one, you might just share the link to the Zoom recording. If it's a group program, you could share the link to the Zoom recording or you might want to have another platform where you're uploading that video.
Again, you're getting ready for everybody.
Sometimes you buy the things that you need because you believe that it's actually going to happen, and you're getting ready for it and you're creating that space.
Now one thing you might want to consider is there are a bunch of plans where it has different tiers to it. Start with the smallest tier, you have to get the most expensive one. You don't have to plan for being ready for everything that's coming three years down the road. You can plan on what's coming this year, and get on that one. But you've made space for everybody for that year, and you don't have to worry about it in any of your other onboarding stuff, getting your files ready for them.
That's one of the things that I do. I stay very organized with my files. I use Google a lot. I have files for all of my clients, whether they're one-on-one or membership clients, I have a whole collection of all of the different tools that I use. Some of those are the standard ones that everybody gets.
When I can tell that a new client is on their way, when I say ‘tell’ sometimes it's that intuition, I just know. I might not even know their name, I may not have even had contact with them. I can just feel that the timing is right. I will go and create a folder and create their specific workbooks.
Everything is ready for them so that when it's time to onboard them, I'm in that Of Course energy.
Of course and I have this time available. I already have your file setup. I already have the email ready to go that explains what those files are and how we're going to use them ready to go.
That's how you manifest things into actually happening.
Okay, the last one that I want to talk about is lifestyle.
We've talked a lot about how to get your business ready to manifest your dreams.
What about lifestyle?
How do you get your lifestyle ready to manifest your dreams?
Along with business, there's a whole lot of lifestyle. Part of what can entice people to go into business is their dream for a different lifestyle. Living in a different location. Having a different schedule. Having different income level. All of those things.
Are you getting ready for that lifestyle to be your reality?
Again, it could just be that you're going, Oh, I wish, I wish, I wish, I wish, but when someone asks you for specific details, you're like, Oh, no, that's never going to happen.
Well, of course, it's never going to happen if you're having the thought, It's never gonna happen. You're blocking it. If you really want this to be your reality, if you're going to manifest this into existence, you got to believe it so hard that you start getting ready for it.
I'll share an example.
You already know we took a big step in moving out to the coast four years ago, bought a house overlooking the ocean. We love it here. It's gorgeous. But we're a little far away from the grocery store that we prefer, and all of the activities that we prefer. So, we'd actually like to move a little bit further down the coast, about forty minutes away. It's going to take some planning. It's gonna take some extra money, extra financing. Even trying to figure out how to buy a house when you're an entrepreneur.
I’ve bought five houses in my lifetime, but I always had a corporate job. I know how to qualify for a house, and I know you turn in your W2s and everything. Well, as an entrepreneur, you don't have W2s. How do you qualify for loans? There's a lot of things to figure out.
Even got there, it's like, Well, where would we even want to live? I started driving around in neighborhoods, and I found the neighborhood that I would actually like. I went there and just parked for a little bit, and started to imagine what it would feel like to live here to live in this neighborhood.
Remember, in order for the law of attraction to happen, you need to be generating that energy of what it feels like once you're actually there. This is going to draw it all to you in, whatever kind of magical way all of this energy stuff works.
You're getting into Of course energy, of course. This is my life, and not from a grandiose kind of way. It's like no, Of course, this is my life. This is where I live. It's just a fact. It's a fact that I live in this neighborhood.
When I live in this neighborhood, what is my day to day going to look like?
Where will I be grocery shopping?
What coffee shops will I be going to?
Oh, there's a Pilates studio that I really want to go to. I'm gonna go visit the Pilates studio to find out what's the schedule and how they set up their classes. What's the price structure on that?
There's a gym that I want to go to. Okay, great. What are their hours of operation? What are the different classes they offer? What are their pricing plans?
I'm getting ready to actually live there. Maybe I'm even meeting some of the people that already live there. So I can find out, What's it like to live here? I'm getting into, Of Course, energy. Okay?
Of course, I want to live there. Of course, I'm gonna need to make a certain amount in my business so that I can live here.
All right. I already know how to get my business ready, so that I can make that kind of money. Now, I'm learning all of the things to get ready for actually living there. Great.
When you get all of those details, you're in, of course energy, you're in one hundred percent belief that this is going to happen. You're vibrating at that level where the law of attraction is happening.
Some of your lifestyle goals might also include trips. Don't just sit there and go, I wish, I wish, I wish. I could go to the Bahamas.
Remember, if you're doing that, I wish I wish I wish or It would mean the world to me. You're also putting out that energy of, And I don't think this is ever going to happen. I need to win the lottery or some stroke of luck. No, let's make this a reality. If you want to go on a trip to the Bahamas, start researching it.
When's the best time of year to go to the Bahamas?
What exactly does the Bahamas look like?
Where's an airport?
What are the hotels like? Go and look at those websites see. Look at their different specials that they're offering.What are their pricing?
Get ready for it.
What do you need to know about travel to the Bahamas?
Do you need to worry about, you know, the specific visas or vaccinations or special sunscreens?
All of the things, because when you find out all of the details, you're in one hundred percent belief that you're actually gonna go. You're getting ready for it, and then it will happen. You're sending all of the right energy out into the world, for all of this to actually happen.
All of this is for how you can manifest your dreams by making space for it to happen.
Now, if you're someone that struggles with this, then I can help you. I have a lot of clients that have a really hard time visualizing what their future could be. Some of it is they don't even know what's possible.
Well, guess what? I love learning what's possible, and helping to dream and come up with things. And then some people are not visual when they're thinking. Right? Some people when they're thinking they hear sounds, some people hear words, some people like me, see a picture.
Well, that's a really great combination. When we come together, someone else starts talking, and then I can see it in my head. I can describe it to you. When I describe it, all of a sudden, now you can see that picture too. It starts to feel more tangible, more real, and you get excited about it.
We're even talking about the colors of the sunrays and how they're hitting the trees in your dream. All of a sudden, you're like, Oh, I can feel that. We might even be talking about the scents that are all around you, different plants and flowers that are creating different scents.
When it becomes more real, you start vibrating higher, and you're attracting that to yourself.

I help you to get ready for it in all aspects, physical space, your schedule, getting all of the nitty gritty together of program materials, all of your processes.
Of course, you have to have either your product or your service ready to go, I help you to create that too.
