"Our destiny is not always in our control."  Life can give us challenges.  It takes something special inside of us to create a meaningful destiny out of it.  That is exactly what my guest, Caribbean Chef Herbert Henry did when his daughter was diagnosed with the rare autoimmune disorder, dermatomyositis.

Seeking critical medical care for his daughter, Chef Henry had to say goodbye to his home and beloved career in St. Lucia, to relocate to Canada.  Depression crept in as he faced the quest for income while balancing the care taking of his beloved daughter who became wheelchair bound.
